Something is going very wrong. 42 was nothing but rip off of Sunshine/Alien with a little pit of last seasons Satan Pit. And the "real time"? Stupid... completely ruined the pacing.
David Tennant and Freema Agyeman are the only things keeping this episode even watchable.

ReplyDeleteI really should start watching Doctor Who. The only time I caught a whole episode, I really enjoyed it. Though your review of this particular episode is far from a ringing endorsement, I know you're a loyal fan and that a number of my friends here would be more than willing to throw their support of the show in with yours. :)
ReplyDeleteOh I've been a DW fan since 1994. It rocks... given how many episodes there have been (more than all the Star Treks combined!) it's hardly surprising some of the stories fall short of expectations...
