Yesterday we headed up to Castro for our last American breakfast at Orphan Andy's. Hotcakes... how I shall miss you. Anyone know anywhere in London that does hotcakes? Bought the Spartacus guide at A Different Light. Love that book, but it's always sold out in London. :o)
Walked up to the panhandle and Golden Gate Park via Comix Experience. The park was a disappointment even if the Japanese tea garden was lovely and the botanical gardens primitive plants were enchanting!
Got a cab back to Castro and had a few (many) drinks at Harveys, and a fajita at La Tortilla . The most massive fajita I have ever seen in fact!! :o)
Rushed back so Jim could buy an air soft handgun.
Off to airport in 2 hours. :o( Goodbye San Francisco, it's been a blast!
