So... I'm sort of fostering a new little team at work. It's funny... the last four teams I've been closely involved with (two self-managing and two as a manager) I've joined at their inception when they were somewhat experimental. This is no different.
Sort of exciting, even though soon enough they'll get themselves a proper team leader. But I get to leave my mark on the team structure and hopefully create something that lasts.
Meanwhile... my terrible walks home in the evening have come to an end today. Feel like I should celebrate somehow! Jim is home tomorrow and that definitely warrants a celebration. Have missed him so much!
