Hmm... been busy. Yesterday I headed to Acton with Sam and Meredith. Joined by Sam's Aussie room mate Sky for a curry at Wetherspoons, before we caught a bus for Shepherds Bush and some drinks at the Walkabout with another Sam (male this time) and a Polly. Was fun, left early though, slightly worse for wear from too many snakebites. As I headed down the escalators at Bank tube station I did something silly. I fell backwards and landed on my back on the escalators, cutting my hand and hurting my back. But mainly hurt my pride as had to spend 10 minutes waiting on the platform with people who'd seen me fall. Embarrassing!!!
Today, no work! Well kinda, we had a team building exercise in the Fleming Mayfair hotel near Green Park. Pretty nice, and the six of us did get some constructive things done. Food was awesome. Had a few drinks afterwards in a couple of pubs in Shepherds Market.
Got home and found two of the three black tetras were dead due to some temperature problems. Sorry Jim!!
