Busy, busy, busy!!!
Anyway the interview on Wednesday was actually fairly interesting. It was for a study by the University of Exeter on "Money management in gay and lesbian relationships". I expressed my distaste with civil partnerships (marriage or nothing!), and had to think about parts of my relationship with Jim that I haven't really expressed or dealt with before. Also reminded me... must sort out a pension! So resolution, I must have a pension plan by the end of February.
Yesterday at work was unpleasant shall we say and I'm glad that's over. Went out to Revolutions in Soho after to work with some work people to meet the new Accounts manager (again). Was cool but my fave part of the evening was walking back to Charing Cross. It's funny how attached I am to dates and places. I love Charing Cross Road. When I wander down it by myself I feel at home. Charing Cross station is the hub, the place that features in most adventures in my life so far. Some people have comfort blankets. I have a comfort street.
