In ideal circumstances you'd expect them to get together and try to sort something out as best they could amicably.
Perhaps they might blame the other girl, and thus each other, and fall out.
Would you expect the following??
A couple were murdered in an arson attack on their home over a school bullying row involving their daughter, Manchester Crown Court has heard.
Maureen Cochrane, 45, and her husband Alex, 54, were killed in the fire in Wythenshawe, Manchester, in January, but their daughter Lucy, 16, survived.
The court heard Connor was egged on by his ex-wife Jane, 40, and daughter Natalie after playground rows between the two girls developed into a "campaign of harassment" by the Connors.
The jury was told Natalie Connor had fallen out with Lucy Cochrane when the girls were pupils at Newall Green School in 2005.
So your daughter falls out with a girl at school, your ex (!) wife thinks you should burn down the other girls house. You do it.
Which of the following are you?
1) a really, really stupid person
2) a really, really evil bastard
3) a piss poor excuse of a man who lets his ex (!) wife make decisions for him
4) all of the above?

ReplyDeleteNot the same but similar, some years ago a Texas woman named Wanda Holloway attempted to murder a teenage girl.
ReplyDeleteThe reason? The girl was competing with Holloway's daughter for a spot on their high school cheerleading squad.
No, seriously, it really happened and the incident was made into a film called "The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheerleader-Murdering Mom."
Here's the full story.
