Monday Diet Check In

Day 21! Three weeks of the diet complete. I feel good, mainly just about having kept to something. Sure I've broken a couple of times but always kept under my calorie limit for the day.

I'm not weighing myself, as this led to disillusion on my last significant attempt, so it is hard to tell if the weight is falling off. However I'm in this for the long term (especially up until the wedding!) so just going to keep at it.

Each day is another victory.
